Truck Driver Faces Multiple Counts for Crashing Against Tracy Morgan
 | A Walmart truck driver is being charged with multiple counts for crashing into Tracy Morgan’s limo. Kevin Roper was driving on the New Jersey Turnpike in June 2014 when he slammed into the vehicle carrying Morgan and his friends, t seriously injuring him and killinghis friend, James McNair. Roper was charged with first-degree aggravated manslaughter, second-degree vehicular homicide, and eight counts of third-degree aggravated assault. |
